Denver Custom Foot Orthotics

We at The Foot Mechanic™, are a specialty clinic in the Denver Metro area which focuses on overuse injuries and pain throughout the lower extremities by analyzing a client’s motion (a.k.a. Kinematics). We believe in "drilling-down" to find the root cause of an overuse injury so that it may be fixed rather having our clients continue with their established ineffective treatment(s). Our assessment sequence is an actual biomechanical analysis process which takes a full hour to complete.

STEP ONE: A FULL PHYSICAL EXAM:
Our philosophy is one of evaluating the lower leg as a system rather than simply focusing on the exact area of pain.

STEP TWO: A VIDEO CAPTURE SESSION:
This portion of the assessment includes walking and if necessary,running. High resolution video is obtained and analyzed in front of the client using our state of the art bio mechaincs software.

STEP THREE: DIAGNOSE & CREATE:
Rather than making a plaster cast or a static foam box impression of your foot, we believe in analyzing your problem while you move using a Medical Grade Force Plate to create your custom orthotic.
